Registration Fees for the 13th Annual AAWE Conference in Vienna, Austria
July 14 – 18, 2019

The Registration Fee covers a reception, 4 lunches, 2 dinners (incl. wine), a tour through the region incl. tastings and the usual Conference Materials. All presenters are required to be AAWE members. Spouses are exempt from the membership requirement. Early Bird Registration will end on April 30, 2019.

Non-Members: If you want to become a member AND attend the conference, please register here for a membership of your choice and then return to the conference registration page.



Discount

Students who are AAWE members and can provide a valid Student ID are eligible for a $100 discount and pay $490. In order to receive the discounted student rate, please join AAWE and send a scan of your valid student ID to aawe@wine-economics.org BEFORE you register. We will then provide you with a link and a password to register on a secure non-public site.

Cancelation Policy:

Cancelations received by May 31, 2019 are eligible to receive a full refund minus a $40 service fee. Cancelations received between June 1 and June 30 are eligible for a 60% refund minus a $40 service fee. Cancelations received after June 30 are not refundable. The days refer to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
